CAPSAT Members Chair Craig W. Stevens Ph.D. Professor of Pharmacology OSU-Center for Health Sciences Tulsa, OK Craig W. Stevens Ph.D. is a Professor of Pharmacology and Chair of CAPSAT. He received his Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, MN and began his career at OSU-Center for Health Sciences in 1990. His interests and expertise is in the area of opioid pharmacology and substance abuse and is especially concerned with the high level of prescription drug abuse and deaths from opioid analgesic (’painkiller’) medicines like morphine, hydrocodone (in Lortab and Vicodin), and oxycodone (in Percodan and OxyContin). Secretary Stephanie Tillman, Prevention Specialist SPF SIG Coordinator Tulsa Health Department Tulsa, OK Stephanie Tillman is the SPF SIG Coordinator for the Regional Prevention Coordinator at the Tulsa Health Department. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work from East Central University. She has worked in the field of substance abuse prevention since 2008. Her expertise includes: community based coalition building, strategic planning, and implementing public health strategies while working to prevent and reduce substance throughout the community.
